Who we are

What we collect

• Contact requests: the name, company, email, and message you send through the site or by email.
• Call transcripts: sales call transcripts or caption files you send for a Transcript Coach review, including a free review.

How we use it

We use contact details only to reply to you and arrange a conversation. We use transcripts only to prepare the coaching review you asked for. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use your transcripts to market to anyone else.

How transcripts are handled

• Transcripts arrive through a private, access-code form and are stored in a private folder only your coach can open.
• Reps never see each other's calls.
• Transcript Coach uses AI to draft each review, and a person checks every review before it's released.
• Submissions are deleted after 90 days.

Services we rely on

We use Google Workspace for email and file storage and Cloudflare to host this site. Their own privacy terms apply to the data they process for us.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see or delete the information you've sent us. Email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
